Red 6 is seeking a Senior Program Manager to own end-to-end programs for defense customers, balancing cost, schedule, performance, and risk. You will be the primary customer contact, set baselines, manage risk, and ensure compliant execution across engineering, testing, and production teams.

You'll lead multi-disciplinary teams, influence proposals with business development, and track deployed systems while maintaining ITAR, security and AS9100 standards. U.S.

Formación

• 8+ years of related program leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience with government acquisition processes.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Ability to present to leadership and customers.
• Ability to create and maintain IMS, SOWs, technical specs, risk databases, cost/revenue models, and resource projections.
• Comfort with both Agile and Waterfall execution.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance; U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsabilidades

• Owns the program end to end for cost, schedule, performance and risk.
• Manages customer relationships and acts as primary point of contact.
• Sets baselines, conducts risk/opportunity management, and maintains financial models.
• Leads engineering, test, quality, manufacturing, finance, and subcontractors.
• Collaborates with business development on proposals and revenue projections.
• Tracks deployed systems and ensures operational performance in DevSecOps environments.
• Ensures ITAR, security and CMMC, and AS9100 compliance without slowing the team.
