Job summary

Odyssey is seeking a Senior Equipment Specialist at Hill AFB in Ogden, UT to provide expert logistics, equipment oversight, and configuration management for advanced Air Force training systems. You will support acquisition, technical integration, and lifecycle management across a diverse portfolio and ensure readiness and sustainment for warfighter training programs.

Qualifications

• Citizenship: US citizen required.
• Clearance: Secret level clearance required and maintainable.
• Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree plus 12 years DoD-related experience, 5 in DoD; or 15 years directly related with 8 DoD years.

Responsibilities

• Provide CM and logistics support for Air Force training systems.
• Review and update hardware/software specs to program standards.
• Maintain, ship, and track drawings; support TCTOs and TO lifecycle.
• Manage CM docs, baselines, DRs, AFTOs, parts lists, and CM records.
• Support change control: ACSNs, ECPs, RD/RWs, bulletins, QCPs, CCB.
• Produce monthly CM and deficiency metrics.
• Provide technical analyses for field, depot, and modification issues.
• Support OSS&E baselines, engineering plans, and drawing development.
• Access and utilize data from Blazer, IMDS, HFGCS, OSS&E reporting.
• Maintain GFE inventory and TO cataloging; assist user support and provisioning.
• Evaluate directives and ensure compliance; support IPTs with maintenance research.
