Job summary

Divcon Controls in Dallas, TX seeks a Senior Program Manager to drive accountability and consistent execution across its project management organization. Reporting to the SVP of Operations, you will partner with Project Executives, Senior Project Managers, and cross-functional leaders to ensure standards are followed and initiatives are delivered.

You will develop dashboards, monitor risks, and coordinate with Engineering, Finance, Safety, HR, and Supply Chain to close gaps and improve portfolio

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years in construction/project/program management or related roles.
• Experience across multiple concurrent projects or portfolios, ideally data center focused.
• Ability to drive accountability across senior stakeholders without direct report.
• Familiarity with project-management standards, reporting, and portfolio tracking.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for project management accountability across executives and managers.
• Monitor adherence to project management processes, standards, and reporting requirements.
• Identify overdue or noncompliant activities and drive resolution with leaders.
• Maintain visibility into schedules, documentation, and risk reviews; ensure proper approvals.
• Track commitments from operational reviews and leadership meetings to closure.
• Develop dashboards and reporting to provide leadership with portfolio-level insights.
• Support rollout of new processes, tools, and operational initiatives.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, Safety, HR, and Supply Chain for cross-functional execution.
