Job summary

Divcon, based in Dallas, is seeking a Traveling Project Manager to oversee installation, commissioning, and handover of multiple construction projects nationwide. You will ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while coordinating cross-functional teams of subcontractors and controls technicians.

The role requires deep knowledge of building automation, BMS, HVAC controls, and risk management, with a willingness to travel up to 95% including weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of building management systems (BMS) and HVAC controls.
• OSHA 30 certification required or provided within the first week.
• Proficiency with project management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely completion.
• Oversee installation subcontractors and controls technicians during commissioning.
• Maintain client communication and manage expectations.
• Review engineering submittals and drawings before handoff.
• Track change orders, purchase orders, and project expenses.
