Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring a Sr Program Manager for the Magenta Service Center in Overland Park, KS. You will design dashboards, drive data accuracy, and deliver insights to guide financial operations and service delivery.

The role blends reporting, governance, and performance management with cross-functional collaboration across Accounting, Treasury, Sales Ops, Legal, and IT. Hybrid work (3 days/week in office) in Overland Park.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years experience, or advanced degree with 1 year, or equivalent.
• Study areas: Business Admin, Finance, Accounting preferred.
• 4–7 years experience in financial/shared services or operations.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce dashboards and reporting packages for stakeholders with variance analysis.
• Oversee data governance and reconciliation across ERP, CRM, and billing systems.
• Investigate and resolve high-impact operational issues with cross-functional partners.
• Develop and maintain KPIs and SLAs, translating data into insights.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Maintain SOPs and provide guidance on best practices.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Treasury, Sales Ops, Legal, IT for OTC execution.
