Hybrid role with three days in-office, partnering with multiple internal teams and vendors to drive excellence. The role emphasizes reporting, analytics, and process improvements to support efficient OTC execution and strong controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree with related work experience.
• Related experience in financial/shared services/operational setting.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains operational KPIs and SLAs with insights for performance trends.
• Oversees data governance and reconciliation in ERP/CRM/billing systems for data accuracy.
• Investigates complex issues affecting service or financial performance and drives cross-functional resolutions.
• Designs dashboards and reporting packages with variance and root-cause analysis.
• Identifies and implements process improvements or automation to enhance efficiency and controls.
• Maintains SOPs and provides guidance on best practices across the team.
• Collaborates with Accounting, Treasury, Sales Ops, Legal and IT to support OTC execution.
