Job summary

T-Mobile in Overland Park, Kansas is seeking a Principal Analyst, Business Intelligence to lead data analysis and the design of reporting structures across the Broadband BI team. You will present advanced insights to leadership and guide cross‑functional data projects, driving customer experience improvements and business performance.

This hybrid role requires in‑office presence at least 3 days a week, with a strong emphasis on data visualization, SQL/ETL, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in statistics, business, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
• 7 years of advanced analytics experience, including SQL/ETL of complex datasets.
• 7 years of experience in reporting & data visualization (Tableau; PowerBI).
• 7 years of experience building reporting structures to support analytics projects.
• At least 18 years of age; legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience with data sources and reporting in Telecom or related domains is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guide data strategy across multiple touch points and integrate new data sources.
• Define reporting requirements and incorporate them into system design.
• Develop holistic dashboards for senior management presentations.
• Drive insights to improve customer experience and business performance.
• Present analysis and strategic recommendations to senior management.
