Job summary

T-Mobile seeks a MSC - Service Mgmt Office (SMO) Manager in Overland Park, KS, a hybrid role three days in office. You will lead performance metrics, data integrity, and advanced reporting to drive financial operations excellence, coordinating with multiple internal partners.

You’ll develop KPIs, govern data across ERP/CRM, resolve high-impact issues, and guide process improvements while maintaining SOPs and cross-functional collaboration. An advanced degree or 3+ years of experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of related work experience or advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience or combination thereof (Required)
• 4-7 years related experience in financial, shared services or operational setting (Preferred)
• Acceptable areas of study include Business Administration or Finance, Accounting (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains operational KPIs and SLAs; translates data into performance trends
• Oversees data governance across ERP, CRM, and billing systems
• Investigates complex issues affecting service or financial performance; partners cross-functionally to resolve
• Designs and produces dashboards and reporting packages for internal stakeholders
• Identifies and executes process improvements or automation to enhance efficiency and controls
• Maintains SOPs and guides best practices across the team
• Collaborates with Accounting, Treasury, Sales Ops, Legal and IT to support OTC execution
