Job summary

Aprilaire in Sun Prairie is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead large-scale, cross-functional strategic initiatives spanning engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, IT, finance, sales, marketing and human resources. You will partner with senior leadership to align stakeholders and drive complex initiatives to successful outcomes.

This role requires driving executive decision-making, managing dependencies, mitigating risks, and delivering on time and within scope using PM processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, engineering, operations management, project management, or related field.
• 10+ years of project management experience.
• Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
• PMI-PMP or equivalent experience.
• Experience working directly with executive leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Strategic project leadership from initiation through implementation and benefit realization.
• Coordinate activities and interdependencies across multiple departments and units.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, status reports and decision materials.
• Develop integrated project schedules, KPIs and reporting mechanisms.
• Identify risks, dependencies and mitigations; drive timely resolution.
