Job summary

AIIR Intelligent HVAC is seeking a Product Program Manager to drive cross-functional execution of strategic initiatives and new product introductions. You will lead PMO tasks, governance, and portfolio management while coordinating with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support.

A strong ability to influence without authority and communicate with executives is essential. The role combines PMO leadership (70%) with Associate Product Manager responsibilities (30%),

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Five+ years of progressive experience in project/program management or PMO.
• Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives from planning to implementation.
• Experience managing multiple projects with interdependencies.
• Strong governance, reporting, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to influence and drive accountability without direct authority.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead PMO and project management activities from charter to closeout.
• Define scope, objectives, timelines, milestones and resources.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Support.
• Establish and maintain project governance templates and dashboards.
• Facilitate weekly and monthly reviews and executive steering committees.
• Manage NPI programs from concept through commercialization.
• Identify risks and dependencies; develop mitigation plans.
• Provide post-launch reviews and continuous improvement.
