Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 5–7 years of engineering experience.
• Experience leading, managing, or mentoring teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and build a high-performing Process Engineering team.
• Define and direct department goals and priorities.
• Design and support process/product improvement projects with cost estimates and payback analysis.
• Implement cost improvements and productivity projects to impact bottom line.
• Manage the execution of the incentive labor system.
• Monitor labor usage and efficiency to identify improvements.
• Improve labor productivity and cost effectiveness.
• Conduct time studies to ensure conformity of application.
• Establish and review labor rate goals and communicate plan per Union contracts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes on time and within budget.
• Oversee creation of work instructions, routing data, and data in the MRP system.
• Drive lean manufacturing initiatives: Kaizen, Kanban, 5S, setup reduction.
