Job summary

AIR is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex automation and capital equipment programs, owning customer relationships, commercial strategy, and successful execution of multiple high-value projects.

You will guide cross-functional teams through all phases from concept to production, manage schedules, budgets, risks, and pricing strategy, and mentor other program managers in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program or project management experience in complex engineering environment.
• Experience managing customer relationships, proposals, and pricing strategy.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams through concept, design, build, validation, and production phases.
• Own customer relationships and serve as the strategic point of contact.
• Manage schedules, budgets, resources, and program risks across multiple projects.
• Lead proposal development, pricing strategy, and change-order negotiations.
• Facilitate design reviews and executive-level customer communications.
• Monitor program performance including margin, timeline, and cost-to-completion metrics.
• Drive resource planning and operational alignment across program portfolios.
• Mentor Program Managers and support department development initiatives.
