Job summary

Strata-G Solutions, LLC seeks a Program Manager to lead end-to-end execution of non-recurring engineering and manufacturing projects on-site in Huntsville, AL. You will oversee diverse teams, manage budgets, schedules, and resources, and serve as the main customer interface to ensure all contractual commitments are met.

You will coordinate planning with stakeholders, monitor progress, and drive adherence to approved processes to maintain AS-9100/AS9110 certifications and company standards.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Seven (7) years of project management experience.
• Lead Project Manager on multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, composites, and quality control disciplines.
• Experience in proposal development.
• PMP certification is desired but not required.
• DoD Practitioner or Advanced level certification is desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• Execute non-recurring engineering and manufacturing-based projects.
• Oversee a group of multi-level personnel on several concurrent projects.
• Manage financial operations, scheduling, and resource requirements for multiple projects.
• Act as the primary project interface to the customer to ensure contractual commitments are met.
• Provide progress report updates to upper management.
• Coordinate project planning and tracking with the project team for successful execution within goals.
