Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary site liaison between the company and the customer to ensure needs, expectations, and satisfaction are met.
• Manage all site-level aspects of assigned programs, ensuring decisions align with customer contract terms.
• Understand and execute operational and administrative requirements to launch new programs or orders smoothly.
• Oversee order management, delivery, and revenue achievement across assigned customer accounts.
• Resolve complex business issues (A/R, E&O, PPV, credit, RMAs) and drive business development by leveraging Sanmina-SCI offerings.
