Job summary

Hanley Energy, based in Ashburn, VA, is seeking a Program Manager to oversee Electrical Low Voltage projects in AMER. You will coordinate teams of Project Managers and Coordinators, mentor delivery staff, and drive governance and budgeting across multiple projects to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Requirements include a PM-certified background, strong leadership, excellent communication, and 3+ years in PM/PMO roles within data center or critical power environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects and manage program activities to meet business goals.
• Lead and evaluate Project Managers and Coordinators on your team.
• Mentor the project team and escalate issues as needed.
• Lead root cause analysis of project-related issues.
• Manage Program Governance and drive process improvements.
• Oversee multiple project teams and ensure goals are achieved.
• Support management on procurement, staffing, sales and forecasting.
• Monitor progress and communicate status and risks to leadership.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships with scheduling and reporting.
