Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field is required.
• 10+ years of experience managing utility-scale power generation, energy storage, microgrid, or mission-critical projects.
• Experience managing FEED, EPC and Commissioning phases of large-scale energy projects.
• Strong knowledge of power generation technologies and BESS for data center support.
• Proven track record delivering projects greater than $100M.
• Based in Houston, TX with ability to travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of utility-scale gas power generation, BESS, and microgrid projects for hyperscale data centers.
• Own scope, schedule, cost, risk, and delivery from FEED through EPC, commissioning, and COD.
• Manage EPC contractors, Owner’s Engineers, OEMs, controls vendors, and stakeholders.
• Lead integration of generation, energy storage, controls, SCADA/EMS, switchgear, and infra.
• Ensure projects meet availability, reliability, permitting, financing, and customer requirements.
• Support commissioning, startup, performance testing, and operational readiness.
