BBH is seeking an Account Executive to join our New York team. The role partners with clients and cross-functional internal teams to drive the best work and client outcomes. You will manage projects, communications, and administration while supporting pitches and ensuring timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has 2-3+ years in client service or project management, strong communication skills, and a passion for creativity. This position is based in NYC with standard agency benefits.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of relatable experience in client service and/or project management.
• Solutions-oriented; always has solutions in mind when managing up.
• Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects at once.
• Extremely detail-oriented and organized.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• A passion for creativity.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients based on trust through flawless administration and reliability.
• Communicate with clients to address requests in partnership with the team.
• Manage internal agency processes and the flow of information across cross-functional teams.
• Schedule internal reviews and external client presentations.
• Monitor and report on project status to ensure deadlines are met.
• Attend internal meetings and follow up with summary notes and next steps.
• Be the lynchpin within the account team to support great work day-to-day.
• Contribute to a positive, friendly and vibrant environment.
