You will guide large-scale projects from concept through execution, foster curiosity, and drive a culture where design thrives within BBH’s dynamic creative ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in design leadership and creative direction.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma for end-to-end design work.
• Knowledgeable in creating and applying design systems across brands.
• Strong mentorship and team leadership skills with the ability to guide designers.

Responsibilities

• Lead design across campaigns, branding, design systems, pitches, decks, and internal initiatives.
• Elevate the standard of craft across the team.
• Work across a diverse brand roster simultaneously — CPG, spirits, auto, and more.
• Lead, manage, and grow a team of direct reports.
• Own projects end-to-end, from brief through final delivery.
• Present and sell creative work to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Contribute to new business pitches.
