Job summary

Magnifi Financial seeks a seasoned Facilities and Construction leader to oversee all construction projects, vendor contracts, and budgeting. The role coordinates with executives and the Planning Committee to ensure efficient project delivery, cost control, and compliance across multiple sites.

The position requires a BA/BS in facilities or construction management, extensive supervisory experience, and a track record of overseeing complex projects, renovations, and land development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities or Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• Minimum eight years of facilities maintenance/construction experience.
• Eight years of supervisory/management experience or equivalent knowledge gained through related experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects, vendor management, and bidding processes to ensure best value.
• Lead Planning Committee for new locations, mergers, and land development studies.
• Develop and manage budgets, rolling forecasts, and procurement practices for facilities and construction.
• Ensure facilities and construction teams comply with building codes, safety, and quality standards.
