Collins Aerospace is hiring a Sr. Program Manager to lead Connected Factory Visuals and related tools (MROLife, Enterprise Andon) across large cross-functional agile teams. You will promote agile delivery, coordinate multiple scrum teams, and enable value-driven execution within Collins Aerospace’s transformation initiatives.

This onsite role supports multiple U.S. manufacturing locations. Travel up to 25% may be required, with a focus on delivering scalable, efficient build processes and strong

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or Advanced Degree with 7+ years of experience in manufacturing/program management.
• US citizenship required for access to information under contract/program.
• 3+ years experience in manufacturing Operations and with manufacturing tools/data systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Connected Factory Visuals backlog across scrum teams.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure enterprise visibility on spend to value.
• Lead Agile practices and drive continuous improvement across Collins Agile transformation.
