MTech Mechanical is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead complex projects from planning through closeout in Westminster, CO. You will coordinate with engineering, general contractors, field managers, and subcontractors to meet budget and schedule goals.

The role requires extensive experience in HVAC construction, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering>$10M+ projects. The position emphasizes safety, quality, and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering or Construction Management with design/build background preferred.
• 10+ years construction management background at a supervisory level.
• 5+ years experience as lead project manager on multiple projects valued over $10M.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and oversee disparate project teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Viewpoint and Procore is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leads preplanning: shop drawings, value engineering, prefabrication, mobilization.
• Manages changes and budget input; communicates with upper management.
• Coordinates all subcontractor drawings, submittals, billings, and insurance documents.
• Mentor and develop Project Managers and Project Engineers for growth.
• Assist in contract review and negotiations.
• Promote safety standards and QA/QC processes throughout projects.
