The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and a strong background in program or project management, preferably with defense or aerospace exposure.

• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams.
• Defense or aerospace industry experience is a plus.
• PMP or CAPM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and milestones to meet contract requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Coordinate resources, materials, and subcontractors to support project timelines.
• Monitor program documentation, technical data packages, compliance requirements, and customer specifications.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Lead customer meetings, project reviews, and status presentations.
• Track action items and ensure timely communication between stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase project efficiency and effectiveness.

Location: Westminster, MD

Salary: $80,000 - $95,000/year

Schedule: Full-Time | On-Site | 9/80 Flexible Schedule

• Week 1: Monday-Thursday (9-hour days), Friday (8-hour day)
• Week 2: Monday-Thursday (9-hour days), Off Friday
