Job summary

CCIE Center for Community Schools at UCF is seeking a strategic leader to oversee operations, staff development, and program implementation across community initiatives. You will supervise the reporting team, coordinate processes, and build capacity through coaching and professional development, ensuring alignment with funding expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience developing and implementing systems, processes, and procedures to support grant administration and program operations.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead leadership and staff development to advance Center priorities.
• Coordinate Center business operations and process improvements.
• Translate priorities into actionable strategies and program objectives.
• Oversee program reporting, deliverables, and performance documentation.
• Develop and strengthen Center business operations systems and workflows.
• Build strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
