United Cerebral Palsy Of Central Florida is seeking an Expanded Learning Coordinator to lead after-school enrichment and coordinate the 21st CCLC program at our campus in Orlando. You will work with school leadership, families, and community partners to create engaging, standards-aligned activities.

The role focuses on program management, direct student engagement, and data tracking to support student growth, attendance, and well-being within a vibrant non-profit environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or youth in educational, after-school, or community programs.
• Experience coordinating programs or activities for youth is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement expanded learning programs including after-school enrichment, tutoring, mentoring, summer enrichment and academic support programs.
• Oversee implementation of 21st CCLC program where applicable, ensuring alignment with grant requirements and goals.
• Develop engaging enrichment opportunities such as STEM, arts, leadership development, and project-based learning.
• Collaborate with school leadership and Community Schools Site Coordinator to align activities with school priorities and student needs.
• Provide direct instruction and facilitation of small-group enrichment activities, tutoring, and mentoring.
