Job summary

The University of Central Florida’s CCIE Center for Community Schools seeks a Program Manager II for Business to provide strategic leadership, operational oversight, and grant management support. You will develop and implement systems, processes, and training to strengthen efficiency and accountability across initiatives.

Responsibilities include cross-functional leadership, program planning, reporting, and continuous improvement, with a focus on stakeholder engagement and resource stewardship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in program management or related field.
• Experience developing and implementing systems, processes, and procedures for grant administration.
• Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to align and implement shared systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to the reporting team and align operations with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with leadership to translate priorities into actionable plans and objectives.
• Oversee program reports, deliverables, and performance documentation for accountability.
• Design and improve Center business operations systems, processes, and procedures for efficiency and scalability.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support collaboration.
