Job summary

Mannik Smith Group in Orlando, FL seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead complex commercial site/civil development programs. You will drive business development, client relationships, and multidisciplinary team delivery across Retail, Mixed-Use, Industrial, and private markets.

Responsibilities include strategy, budgeting, staffing, and risk management, with accountability for program profitability and client satisfaction while expanding opportunities throughout Florida and the Southeast.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Construction/Architecture/Business.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in A/E consulting or related.
• Experience leading complex commercial development programs.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and contracts.
• Experience with proposals, scope development, budgeting, scheduling, staffing, and negotiations.
• Experience managing financial performance of projects or programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams delivering complex commercial development programs.
• Own program scope, schedule, budget, and client communication.
• Coordinate resources across disciplines for profitability.
• Develop strategies, milestones, and performance expectations.
• Address risks, scope changes, and client concerns.
• Promote project management practices and operational excellence.
