Job summary

CPH is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead strategic commercial development programs in Sanford, FL. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams across Architecture, Civil, MEP, and Surveying to ensure profitable, on-time project delivery and strong client relationships.

Responsibilities include leading client development, proposals, scope/fee development, and coordinating resources while managing budgets and risk.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Business, or a related discipline.
10+ years of progressive experience in A/E consulting, engineering, construction, or related professional services.
Demonstrated experience leading complex, multidisciplinary programs.
Proven experience developing and managing strategic client relationships.
Experience with proposals, scope, fee development, budgeting, scheduling, and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

Lead multidisciplinary teams delivering complex commercial building development programs.
Provide leadership for project planning, execution, and client communication.
Maintain accountability for scope, schedule, budget, staffing, quality, risk, and client satisfaction.
Coordinate resources across Architecture, Civil, MEP, Surveying, and other disciplines.
Identify opportunities to expand services and grow accounts with strategic clients.
