Job summary

CPH is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead large, multidisciplinary commercial development programs throughout Florida and the Southeast. You will drive client relationship growth, oversee program scope, schedule, and profitability, and coordinate Architecture, Civil, Structural, and MEP teams to deliver complex sites and developments.

The role emphasizes leadership, business development, and strategic account planning, with opportunities to expand services and client base within Retail,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in A/E consulting, engineering, construction, commercial development, or related professional services.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex commercial development programs and multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven experience developing and managing strategic client relationships.
• Demonstrated experience with proposals, scope development, fee development, budgeting, scheduling, staffing, and contract negotiations.
• Demonstrated experience managing financial performance and profitability of projects or programs.

Responsibilities

• Represent CPH in client Development, strengthening long‑term relationships with strategic commercial clients.
• Identify opportunities to expand multidisciplinary services across Architecture, Structural, MEP, Civil Engineering, Surveying.
• Lead business development activities and support market expansion in Florida and the Southeast.
• Prepare proposals, scopes of work, project strategies, schedules, staffing plans, and fee estimates.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams delivering complex commercial building development programs.
• Provide leadership for project planning, execution, and client communication.
