Job summary

CPH, based in Sanford/Orlando, seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead and grow strategic commercial development programs across Florida and the Southeast. You will oversee business development, client relationships, budgets, and team performance from inception through delivery.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams across Architecture, Structural, MEP, Civil Engineering, and Surveying, ensuring profitable, high‑quality project delivery and alignment with CPH standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in A/E consulting, engineering, construction, or related professional services.
• Proven experience leading complex commercial development programs and multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven experience developing and managing strategic client relationships.
• Experience with proposals, scope development, budgeting, scheduling, staffing, and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams delivering complex commercial building development programs.
• Manage program scope, schedule, budget, staffing, quality, risk, and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate resources across Architecture, Structural Engineering, MEP, Civil Engineering, and Surveying.
• Develop and implement strategic account and market growth plans.
• Prepare proposals, scopes of work, project strategies, schedules, staffing plans, and fee estimates.
• Lead business development activities and support market expansion across Florida and the Southeast.
