Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional SaaS implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of concurrent financial institution implementations from planning through launch.
• Develop and maintain the master implementation plan with waves, schedules, milestones, and dependencies.
• Coordinate implementation sequencing and capacity based on readiness, priorities, and resources.
• Partner with Operations Delivery Managers to integrate configuration, validation, and readiness activities into plans.
• Monitor portfolio progress, risks, and blockers; drive resolution and escalation as needed.
• Establish repeatable processes to onboard programs efficiently at scale.
