• Experience working with executive stakeholders, including reporting and decision support.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and navigate competing priorities across complex organizations.
• Strong capability to manage ambiguity while maintaining structured execution.

• Align program deliverables with broader organizational and strategic business goals

Rate: 55 to 62 CAD PH

Remote position requiring 20 hours per week, operating within the Eastern Time Zone (EST)

The position requires a balance of structured program execution and advanced change management practices, enabling leadership teams to make informed decisions while ensuring the successful adoption of organizational change.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive change impact assessments and translate insights into actionable, outcome-driven strategies

• Experience in customer success or professional services environments
• Exposure to consulting or technical advisory functions within enterprise organizations
• Familiarity with CAD or design software industry environments
• Experience supporting global programs across EMEA and APAC regions
