Job summary

Bank of America seeks a skilled Program Manager to guide cross-functional, high-risk initiatives from inception through implementation. You will partner with business units to sustain change, evaluate methods, and drive strategic improvements, serving as the primary liaison for department leaders and coordinating with SMEs, Product Managers, and Technology Leads.

You will develop deliverables, monitor progress against milestones, manage risks, and ensure measurements align with enterprise goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of end-to-end project management experience including process improvement and employee readiness.
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage medium/large projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong data management and analytics capability.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, monitor, and control projects to ensure benefits are achieved.
• Serve as primary point of contact to department managers for change initiatives.
• Develop project deliverables with SMEs, Product Managers, and Technology Leads.
• Track progress against milestones and key performance indicators.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners during design, readiness, and reporting.
