Qualifications

• Experience with process improvement using data to drive adoption.
• Content governance and digital communications experience.
• Ability to lead and develop talent through coaching and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop associates through hiring, training, mentoring, and feedback.
• Evaluate plans and initiatives with stakeholders to boost efficiency and cost effects.
