Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience with Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of multiple business plans and projects, set priorities, and remove obstacles to meet performance goals.
• Supervise and develop associates through mentoring, training, and evaluations.
• Partner with senior leaders to define goals, risks, and success criteria, and communicate requirements to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Drive process improvements by conducting gap analyses and implementing best practices.
• Evaluate program performance using data analytics, recommend adjustments, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance service and product capabilities.
