Walmart is seeking a seasoned program and project manager to drive end-to-end initiatives at the Davenport site and in support of other locations. You will lead projects, manage teams, and partner with stakeholders to land improvements with measurable impact.

The role emphasizes content governance, process improvement, and effective communication to executives and cross-functional teams, with a strong focus on adoption and results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field or 3+ years in retail operations, content development, or project management.
• Experience in retail operations, content development, or project management is required.
• Strong program/project management, stakeholder communication, and executive reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying needs, setting priorities, removing barriers, and measuring progress.
• Lead and develop associates through hiring, training, mentoring, and performance recognition.
• Evaluate plans and initiatives with stakeholders to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage scope, deliverables, milestones, timelines, risks, budgets, and governance; provide status reporting.
• Lead content management initiatives and maintain governance alignment across platforms.
• Drive process improvements and change adoption with cross-functional partners.
