Job summary
Walmart is seeking a senior operations and program management professional to lead the development of tools, reports and customer-facing functionality across the operations domain in Perris, CA. You will oversee multiple work streams, coordinate cross-functional teams, analyze data trends, and drive project results while ensuring compliance and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1 year’s experience in logistics, supply chain, finance or related area OR 3 years’ experience in logistics, supply chain, finance, or related area.
Responsibilities
- Designs project plans and leads a group of associates to analyze, plan and implement project initiatives.
- Communicates project plans, status, timelines and resources to stakeholders.
- Provides data-driven recommendations and translates analysis into business-aligned actions.
- Supervises associates and leaders, providing direction, feedback, and development opportunities.
- Tracks export shipment data, prepares reports, and ensures regulatory compliance.
- Trains export associates on shipment processes and documentation.
