Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, information technology, business, or related field.
• 8 years of relevant business experience including at least 2 years of demonstrated project management; 3 years in biopharma preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial, operational, and business management principles.
• Experience in cell therapy, GMP, FDA-regulated or other regulated environments preferred.
• Proficient in Outlook, Teams, Project, Excel, PowerPoint; OneNote and SharePoint; Smartsheet skills helpful; PMP desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute planning for large, complex projects including structure, governance, planning activities and schedules.
• Identify stakeholders and drive conversations to align on requirements, scope and deliverables.
• Leverage site and global resources to identify activities needed to produce deliverables.
• Identify and secure internal/external resources; support budget management where applicable.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules; drive timely execution and quality alignment.
• Plan and run team workshops; share outcomes via notes, risk/issue logs and action items.
• Lead risk assessment and mitigation; manage issues and senior‑level communication.
• Lead cutovers and regulatory/compliance handoffs; ensure PMO best practices.
