Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Associate, Cell Therapy for the Devens, MA site. The role involves executing manufacturing operations in a cGMP environment with aseptic processing in a cleanroom and supporting cell therapy programs.

Shifts run 6am–6pm onsite, with holidays and weekends. You will follow SOPs and batch records, train others, support investigations, and help set up equipment to enable daily operations across multiple shifts.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cGMP regulations and FDA guidance applicable to biologics and cell therapy manufacturing.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and perform aseptic processing.
• Experience in cell therapy manufacturing, including cell washing processes and automated equipment.
• Cell separation techniques and automated equipment.
• Cryopreservation processes and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Execute operations described in SOPs and batch records.
• Completing documentation required by process transfer protocols, validation protocols, SOPs, and batch records.
• Training others on SOPs and Work Instructions to complete manufacturing operations.
• Supports investigations.
• Identifies innovative solutions.
• Assisting in setting up manufacturing areas and equipment/fixtures.
• Writing manufacturing operating procedures that are technically sound and compliant with cGMP.
• Work with production planning to execute daily unit operations schedule across multiple shifts.
• Work in a cleanroom environment and perform aseptic processing with controlled environmental conditions.
