Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Cell Therapy Business Process Management in a hybrid role in the U.S. You will plan and deliver Cell Therapy operations projects, partnering with IT and business teams to charter initiatives, secure resources, and manage budgets.

The role emphasizes risk management and process optimization within a dynamic, patient-focused environment. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, developing schedules, and delivering reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field; minimum 8 years of project management experience in a GMP manufacturing environment
• At least 5 years of SDLC experience including Agile and SCRUM
• Minimum 5 years of experience using Microsoft Project
• Experience in data analysis and visualization

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Cell Therapy project charters
• Define, secure, and communicate resource plan
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules with progress updates
• Manage risks and issues and develop mitigation plans
• Lead process improvements within the PPM team
• Deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements, presentations, and risk assessments
• Coordinate integration with global project timelines and budgets
