Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Program Manager to lead regional capital project delivery across Chicago and the Midwest. The role requires coordinating project teams, ensuring budget discipline, and aligning with client executives.

The position manages a portfolio of multiple projects with spend ranging from $1M to $20M, driving risk mitigation and schedule control while upholding safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 7–10+ years of CRE and construction PM experience.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Project or Primavera P6 and cost modeling.
• Experience managing sub-consultants, GCs, and A&E teams.
• Evidence of governing multi-project capital portfolios ($1M–$20M per project).
• Strong change order and contingency review processes.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day capital project delivery across Chicago and Midwest locations.
• Maintain strict financial oversight with Monthly Cost Reports and budget variance analysis.
• Evaluate change orders and contingency draws with Project Executives.
• Coordinate handover, AV/IT installation, commissioning and readiness.
• Maintain live risk registers to flag procurement bottlenecks and delays.
• Align milestones with lease obligations and Tenant Improvement allowances.
