You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, engage DoD and industry stakeholders, and ensure delivery aligned with theater-level command and control requirements.

The role emphasizes rigorous program management, strong acquisition knowledge, and the ability to navigate DoD processes across lifecycle phases to meet schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 25+ years of experience, including 15+ years in DoD, or 30+ years total with 20+ in DoD.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Program management expertise across C2ISR and Battle Management programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and sustainment of C2ISR, battle management, and air/missile defense programs.
• Coordinate with DoD and industry stakeholders to deliver theater-level capabilities.
• Ensure delivery of advanced capabilities that meet cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
• Support and develop acquisition and sustainment reports (DAES, MAR) and program reviews.
• Prepare and present senior-level briefings and schedules.
