Job summary

DCS Corporation seeks a Senior Program Manager to support the Theatre Battle Control Division (AFLCMC/HBD). You will lead planning, execution, and sustainment of complex C2ISR, battle management, and air/missile defense programs that enable integrated awareness and decision-making across the joint force.

This full-time role is based at Hill AFB in Ogden, UT, requiring DoD experience, top-secret readiness, and proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams to deliver advanced capabilities meeting

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field with extensive program management experience in DoD programs.
Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship are required.
Experience leading acquisition, sustainment, and program planning across C2ISR and Battle Management.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution, and sustainment of complex DoD C2ISR and battle management programs.
Coordinate with DoD and industry stakeholders to satisfy theater-level command and control requirements.
Prepare and review program documentation, briefings, and status reports for senior leadership.
Manage multidisciplinary teams and ensure milestones, cost, and performance objectives are met.
