Job summary

DCS Corp is seeking a Senior Equipment Specialist to support AFLCMC/WNR. You will provide expert logistics, equipment oversight, and configuration management for Air Force training systems, ensuring readiness and sustainment across a diverse portfolio of warfighter training programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 12 years of relevant experience; 5+ years in DoD, or 15 years total with 8 in DoD.
• Familiarity with DoD 5000-series processes.
• Proficiency in CM and TO lifecycle support.
• GFE inventory management.
• Advanced MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Review and update hardware/software specifications to program standards.
• Manage configuration documentation, baselines, and CM records.
• Support change control processes (ACSNs, ECPs, RD/RWs, CCBs).
• Produce monthly configuration and deficiency metrics.
• Provide technical analysis for field and depot issues.
• Utilize enterprise systems for OSS&E/CM reporting.
• Maintain and verify GFE inventory.
• Provide TO support to users by phone, email, or visits.
• Assist TO cataloging and data requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Government and USAF standards.
