Job summary

DCS seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead planning, execution, and sustainment of complex C2ISR, battle management, and air/missile defense programs at Hill AFB, Ogden, UT. The role requires coordinating with DoD and industry partners to ensure integrated operational awareness and decision‑making across the joint force.

The position oversees multi‑disciplinary teams, drives acquisition strategy across lifecycle phases, and ensures compliance with DoD guidance and program documentation

Qualifications

• Knowledge of DoD systems acquisition processes, including lifecycle management and product support planning.
• Experience leading multi‑disciplinary teams and coordinating across DoD and industry.
• Strong ability to develop acquisition and sustainment reports and briefings.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and sustainment of complex C2ISR and Battle Management programs.
• Coordinate with DoD and industry stakeholders to ensure on‑time, within‑cost delivery of capabilities.
• Develop and present program status, schedules, and budgets to senior management.
