Job summary

McBride Consulting seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead planning, execution, and sustainment of complex C2ISR, battle management, and air/missile defense programs. You’ll oversee multi‑disciplinary teams and coordinate with DoD and industry to enable integrated operational awareness and decision making across the joint force.

This full‑time role at Hill AFB, Ogden, UT emphasizes strong communication, DoD acquisition expertise, and the ability to deliver theater‑level capabilities on schedule

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required with extensive DoD experience.
Master’s/Doctorate preferred for advanced program leadership.
Strong knowledge of DoD acquisition and defense frameworks.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution, and sustainment of complex DoD programs.
Coordinate with DoD and industry stakeholders across divisions.
Ensure delivery of capabilities meeting theater command and control requirements.
Develop schedules, budgets, and performance baselines for programs.
