Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Program Operations Manager for the MFRFS/LADS team, onsite at the McKinney facility. The role focuses on coordinating operations startup, scheduling, and cost control across development and production phases, in collaboration with PROGRAM MANAGEMENT, customers, and support functions.

The successful candidate will lead operations strategy, develop EACs, and ensure readiness for transition to production, with travel as needed and a strong emphasis on cross-functional

Qualifications

Requires university degree or equivalent experience and 5+ years in related roles.
Experience in Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, Quality, or Program management.
Ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance.
U.S. citizenship is required for security access.

Responsibilities

Collaborate and plan among program teams and factory operations.
Support proposal activities for production, sustainment, and development.
Coordinate material procurement and supplier management.
Accountable for On-Time Delivery performance.
Travel to Raytheon locations up to 5%.
