Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the mechanisms for the ALSA team and feed into leadership reviews.
• Help drive and standardize P0 metrics and WBR/MBR/QBR reporting.
• Own tracking of annual goals and the goals setting process.
