Qualifications

Responsibilities

Lead and scale the Security Operations function, including 24x7 monitoring, detection engineering, triage, and threat hunting.
Own end-to-end Vulnerability Management program with SLA-driven remediation.
Direct the Security Incident Response program from preparedness to post-incident reviews.
Define and report operational metrics and weekly reviews for leadership visibility.
Reduce MTTD/MTTR through automation and runbook improvements.
Hire, develop, and retain a high-performing security team.
Partner with engineering, product, and compliance to embed security into the SDLC.
