Aditi Consulting seeks a Senior Program Manager / Business Analyst to lead a high-visibility transformation program within Markets Technology. This hands-on role requires establishing credibility, turning discussions into clear requirements, and maintaining focus on milestones, risks, and governance.

The candidate will drive end-to-end delivery across business and technology teams, ensuring structured execution, effective reporting, and disciplined change control in a large financial institution

Qualifications

• Senior Program Manager / Business Analyst with strong program management and business analysis skills.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional transformation programs in financial services or similar.
• Ability to drive governance, executive communication, and deliverable ownership.

Responsibilities

• Mobilize and run the program, establishing scope, outcomes, milestones, and acceptance criteria.
• Create and maintain the integrated program plan, RAID, dependency map, decision log, action tracker, and executive status reporting.
• Establish delivery governance with steering forums, decision rights, escalation paths, and evidence-based closure standards.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define current processes, future requirements, and implementation priorities.
• Lead requirements workshops and convert discussions into clear requirements, process flows, owners, and delivery actions.
• Coordinate and drive accountability across applications, infrastructure, cyber security, data, operations, risk, compliance, audit, finance, procurement, and vendors.
• Identify risks and dependencies early; develop mitigation plans and escalation options with clear recommendations.
• Prepare concise executive presentations, decision papers, dashboards, and status communications.
• Manage program financials, resource forecasts, vendor activities, delivery forecasts, and change control.
• Coordinate business readiness, implementation planning, training, testing, controls, and transition to sustainable operations.
• Use data and automation to improve transparency, quality, and delivery speed.
