Job summary

Partners Capital is seeking a Principal–level Technical Business Analyst to join the Transformation Office. You will bridge business, product, and technology, shaping and delivering a portfolio of investment management and reporting projects with strong stakeholder engagement.

You will operate semi-independently in a high-impact role, collaborating with front to back-office teams and data/tech leads to define, design and implement end-to-end solutions.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in Technical Business Analysis or hybrid PM/BA.
• Experience delivering complex investment management and reporting projects.
• Strong ability to document processes, rules, and requirements.
• Experience with full SDLC and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Shape business cases for major technology spend with stakeholders.
• Lead workstreams in a complex global transformation program through SDLC.
• Manage expectations on progress, requirements, constraints, risks, dependencies.
• Document process flows and detailed requirements with business owners.
• Produce impact assessments across teams, systems, and processes.
• Define work breakdown structures and functional designs with vendors/tech teams.
• Drive testing activities including test planning, scripting, execution, and defect triage.
• Lead change management and KPI/OKR adoption post-implementation.
